For the first part of 2026, we will be focusing on the three foundational pillars that shape Hope United Methodist Church's identity and calling: Inclusion, Connection, and Creation. These aren't just aspirational words on a page—they're the DNA of who we are as a community and how we live out Christ's love in the world. Each pillar invites us deeper into the transformative work God is doing in and through us.
We’ve all made a snap judgment about someone and been completely wrong. Not because we were cruel — but because that’s just how perception works. We see categories before we see
persons.
This Sunday, as we close our Creation & Service series, we’ll sit with Jesus’ most searching
question: When did we see you? The answer he gives is either the most radical thing he ever said, or we’ve heard it so many times it’s stopped landing. Matthew 25:31–46 invites us to look again — one layer deeper — until service becomes not a program or an obligation, but a way of seeing.
All are welcome. Always.
