Part 1 Inclusion: Accessability As Spiritual Practice

    Vision Pillars Worship Series
For the first part of 2026, we will be focusing on the three foundational pillars that shape Hope United Methodist Church's identity and calling: Inclusion, Connection, and Creation. These aren't just aspirational words on a page—they're the DNA of who we are as a community and how we live out Christ's love in the world. Each pillar invites us deeper into the transformative work God is doing in and through us.

    Part 1: Inclusion

This Sunday we continue with our theme of Inclusion with a look at “Accessibility as a Spiritual Practice.” Here, we will looking at barriers (physical, economic, political,…) that harm people and what we can do to tear down any barriers that need to be dismantled. At the center of this, we will be spending time with the Gospel of Mark and the beautiful story of the man who was lowered through the ceiling (Mark 2: 1-12).
